A 9-year-old boy is recovering after authorities said he was struck by a school bus Friday afternoon.
The child was taken to the Scott & White Children’s Hospital in Temple, and his injuries are thought to be non-life threatening, police said. The driver of the school bus attempted to stop but subsequently hit the child.
