A one-vehicle wreck Wednesday night resulted in the death of a Temple man, Officer Shawana Neely, Temple Police Department spokeswoman, said Thursday.
Ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene was Michael Jones, 20, of Temple, Neely said.
The family was notified of his death.
The accident happened at the intersection of State Highway 317 and North Point Road after 8 p.m.
A woman who was a passenger in the vehicle with Jones was severely injured and transported by ambulance to Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital. She was listed in stable condition Thursday, Neely said.
The cause of the accident was still under investigation Thursday.
If a loved one is killed in a car accident or you are hurt, a personal injury attorney should be contacted as soon as possible about the situation.
