MASON DUNNAM

Mason Dunnam

Mason won his first jury trial the day after becoming licensed to practice law. Since that time, he has become one of the most active young trial lawyers in Central Texas.  Mason became a lawyer to champion the underdogs, helping his clients through what are usually the most challenging times in their lives.

Mason marks the fourth generation of Dunnam attorneys.  He joined Dunnam & Dunnam 95 years, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He is committed to the challenge of bringing his own unique abilities to table in order to achieve the same level of excellence and advocacy established by the firm 100 years ago.

Mason was born in Waco, graduating from Midway High School.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016, with a Major in Spanish and a Business Certificate.  Mason then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School in 2019. During his time at Baylor Law School, professors chose Mason to represent Baylor at three inter-school mock trial advocacy competitions.

Continuing his focus to be a trial lawyer, Mason now serves as an adjunct instructor at Baylor, coaching the Law School’s Mock Trials.  Most recently, Mason’s team beat out over 100 teams from throughout the United States to win the 2024 National Championship for the 2024 Student Trial Advocacy Competition hosted by the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Dunnam is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. His practice focuses on civil trial lawconsumer law, and personal injury.
