Eleeza joined Dunnam & Dunnam in 2015, during which time she has worked to provide successful results for her clients in some of the largest Title IX cases in the nation, cases that have resulted in changes in policy throughout higher education in our United States. In addition, Eleeza has worked in central roles in multiple cases resulting in 8-figure outcomes for personal injury clients. Eleeza uses her skills and compassion to listen to her clients’ story and is a better advocate in the courtroom because of it.
Eleeza received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2004. While an undergraduate, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Eleeza graduated and earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Eleeza interned with the Harris County Attorney’s Office and worked at the school’s legal aid clinic. Eleeza has practiced in Waco since 2008 and joined Dunnam & Dunnam in November of 2015.
In addition to being licensed by the State Bar of Texas, Eleeza is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. She has also been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.
Eleeza’s practice areas include Personal Injury Law, Civil Trial Law, and Commercial Law.
When she is not in the office, Eleeza likes spending time with her children, husband and a wide variety animals.
