Nicole Ratliff has been an Executive and Legal Assistant with the firm for over a decade.

Graduating with Honors from Texas State University in 2012, Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology.

Shortly after graduation, Nicole entered the legal profession, joining Dunnam & Dunnam in 2013.  Since that time, Nicole has served as the lead support manager over a large docket of cases involving an extremely broad variety of subject matter.

She works side-by-side with Jim Dunnam and the firm’s other litigation
attorneys, and to date, Nicole has been extensively involved in hundreds of cases, including personally attending and assisting in over 100 jury and non-jury proceedings.

For Nicole, the need to confront complex situations and the opportunity to help people with their problems on a daily basis is truly fulfilling.  In particular, she likes working as part of the Dunnam & Dunnam team because of how clients and employees are treated – like family.

When not at work, Nicole loves spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors. Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two always-wonderful daughters and two sometimes-wonderful Labrador Retrievers. She is originally from Clifton, Texas, but now lives in Crawford.  When she is not at home in Crawford, she
enjoys traveling to the beaches of Mexico.
